I had an overnight stay at the Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport during a transit journey and was genuinely impressed. The room was spacious, modern, immaculate, and far better than I expected for an airport hotel. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long flight. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, with a diverse selection of high-quality food catering to a range of tastes. There were plenty of both Western and Asian options, and everything was fresh and well presented. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a great bonus, making the transfer to and from the terminal quick and hassle-free. Overall, this was an excellent transit hotel experience. The convenience of the airport location, the quality of the accommodation, the excellent breakfast, and the included shuttle service made for a very comfortable stopover. I would happily stay here again.

“Sent to the wrong hotel 😡”
Never got the chance to stay ! Hi , Sorry I can’t fill this in as I didn’t stay in the Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. The airport sent me to another hotel . Pullman cancelled my booking and so I didn’t pay or stay there. It was a very distressing experience, I was very sad that this happened! It was the staff on the terminal not understanding English they just wanted to get me to the free hotel . Disappointed and unhappy which has made me feel unsafe to travel to this airport again . China Southern to Australia .

Fantastic premium hotel , very impressive lobby and restaurants areas, and the rooms are excellent. Great that it’s so close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus every 30 mins.

Reception English spoken. Breakfast fabulous, bellboy helpful as we chatted on his phone. He accompanied me on the transport back to the airport and helped me thru the legal requirements passport, etc. Location perfect.
