I can’t say enough good things about this hotel—this is easily a 10-star experience that I’ll be raving about to everyone! First, the location is unbeatable: it’s so close to East Railway Station, making my early-morning trip super convenient with no rush at all. Then there’s the free breakfast—wow, the spread was incredible! Tons of fresh options, from savory to sweet, that kept me full and energized all morning. My room was another highlight: the environment was spotlessly clean, quiet, and the high floor gave me an amazing, wide-open view—I even spent a few minutes just looking out the window because it was so nice. Every little detail made me feel welcome and comfortable. If I’m ever back in this area, I’ll 100% stay here again. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Very nice hotel. I was originally an Indian. On my first day in China, I could only choose the night near the station.I can only choose one hotel for one night. I think this hotel is very good. The good thing is that I don't know how to get to this hotel. There is a handsome boy who should be a property security guard to help me show the way. He is very nice. Secondly, the front desk service makes me feel very good, careful and patient, and the room is also quite good.

Guangzhou is really a place where you don't want to leave once you come. It's a foodie's paradise. After looking at many hotels with good ratings for a long time, I finally chose this one. Fortunately, I wasn't disappointed. It's near the subway station and food street. The location is excellent, and there are many restaurants downstairs. The front desk service when checking in was very good, the room was very hygienic and clean, I checked the bathroom and bed and didn't see any hair or anything, which was great. I was able to wash my clothes in the room, the room also had a clothes dryer which was convenient and soundproofed nicely. I slept without a loud noise all night. It was nice to watch the night sky and have some tea out of the window. The front desk was very responsible. When checking out, I forgot to take my room item and immediately called to let me know. Overall, the value was great. The price was really cheap. Friends can try it out.

This is my first time staying in a hotel in Guangzhou, and I am fortunate to have chosen this one. The hotel has a south facing entrance, although it is not easy to find. I contacted the hotel front desk in a timely manner, and they personally came to pick us up, dragging big and small packages. They even helped us carry them, which was really reassuring. Although they do not know how to communicate in English, they all worked hard to translate things that we could understand. The check-in was also relatively fast. After checking in, they saw that there were many of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. They upgraded two 1.8m duplex twin rooms, and even took us into the room to help us move our luggage and teach us how to use the room's appliances. It was really the luckiest time since I came to China. The room water heater was electric. The water heater needs to wait for 20-30 minutes, but it's already enough for us. The bathroom is dry and wet separated, The customer service representative is easy to get along with, and the cleaning is still very clean. Every corner is clean, and if the kettle is broken, they will help replace it. The room also comes with disposable shower caps, disposable toilets, and disposable slippers. The room is fully equipped with appliances such as a microwave, a washing machine with a dryer, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, etc, We are really happy to be traveling with our whole family in Guangzhou this time. Great location, great staff. They also provide simple breakfast even thought this is an apartment homestay, no canteen/restaurant in the building. I booked 3 nights for a room, but the staff upgraded the more spacious room for us for free (with staircase) when they saw we have 2 adults + 2 small kids. Value for money.

We came to the place that was our hotel only through luck as the name was written nowhere. We arrived at an extremely dirty and trashed reception. After almost half an hour of hassle with our passport they gave us a half broken room card that was held together with sticky tape. We took the elevator into a floor that already smelled like mold, had huge mold patches on the carpet and tapestry that fell off of the wall with mold spots behind it. Our room was dirty and had patches of mold on the wall. We went down to the reception, finding the receptionist smoking a cigarette inside, while watching a video on her phone. We complained and after some disgruntled looks she gave us a new room card that looked similarly broken like the first one. We went to a room that at least didn't smell like mold but was equally dirty as the first one and that was obviously not made as the bed was used, the pillows on the sofa were pressed together and the shower had still water from the last person. We went back to the reception to ask for our money back so we could get a different hotel, she just told us that we had to contact the website because they can't give any refunds. So please give us our money back as we were forced to search for a new hotel in the evening after a tiring journey. Best regards.
