“Great stay for family”
The location is convenient, very near the Beijing Road and the metro station is at the basement of the A Mall where the apartment is located. The apartment is clean and the facilities are good.

“Location!”
Location! location! It's an apartment block right above a metro station (Line 1 & Line 2). Easy access via Guangzhou's extensive metro train system. It's right beside the People's Park. Hence the Metro station is called GongyenQian or "At the front of the Park." It's also a block from the Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk.

The property was clean and spacious, the area was accessible and near to everything. Good coffee shops nearby. Staff were helpful especially the cleaning ladies.

Found a hidden cam staring right towards the one of the beds. Tore out the wire. But there might have been others which we didn't find. Regrettably, found that the day we were checking out.

The overall convenience - suitable for those who enjoy shopping and eating. Walking distance to various malls (we’re next to A-mall) and Beijing Rd pedestrian street shopping. The metro is next to the building and we can easily catch a cab to other places of interest (eg: YongQing Fang / Shangxiajiu shopping street, Chen Clan Academy, Canton Tower, APM wholesale mall) and to Baiyun Airport (we took a cab at 5.30am!). If visitors like a good massage, check out the spa centre at Level 16. Well trained massage therapists for acupressure massages / oil based massages.
