This is last time l use your platform. Very poor service for breakfast & cleaning. 3 days coffee machine is broken 4th working, then broken another 3 days. It is like they don’t care at all. They even laught on you. I choosed the hotel because l always book with you and have faith on your management. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON YOU. No one even care about your requests. Butter( 3 days no butter ). Cleaning: Just for the form . I had to clean myself Booking: you refund my money or you will never see me again and count on me to share your useless management. You took my money and you didn’t provide me what l paid . You lied to me

We stayed for 8 nights and was most horrible staying ever. Dusty, dirty and smelly halls and rooms. Location and surrounding was terrible. Far from the metro station and surrounding of dirty cheap cafes with the terrible smell outside. We could not eat neither in hotel nor outside near to the hotel. Towels were dirty and worn out, in such a condition that it should have been thrown away 3 years ago. In the room there were not the robes. When we asked for, we were told that it was for a fee and after we expressed our displeasure, they brought it to us for free. Also no-one was talking in English except one guy who worked in shifts for sure and saw him only several time during the 8 nights stay. I will not recommended it.
