The hotel and room is clean. The room service team is very concerned when we did not want the room to be clean as we wanted to save some resources. They will always check on us when they met us at the corridors, to ensure we have everything we need. I also had a good surprise that the hotel send me a birthday cake via room service. The cake is good. Just that too big for us to finish. I appreciate their thoughts.

Breakfast was decent. It would be better if in live counters order is taken and then serviced on the table, instead of guest, waiting at the counter. Also, the hostess should take the guest to a vacant table, and allot a table to them, instead of asking guests to themselves hunt for a table, specially during peak hours.

“A 5***** hotel in heart of exhibition”
I really appreciated the location of the hotel, as it is very close to the exhibition, which made everything extremely convenient. The hotel itself is large, well-organized, and offers excellent facilities. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Barton (Duty Manager), Denis (Sales Department), and ADY (Front Desk Receptionist), who went above and beyond to assist me. I had unfortunately lost my passport, and they acted immediately and helped me recover it very quickly. Their support during that stressful situation was truly invaluable. Additionally, I had an issue with my payment due to a card limitation related to Alipay. The staff (ADY from desk receptionist) handled the situation with great professionalism they escorted me to my room, assisted me throughout the process, and allowed me to complete the payment in stages. Their flexibility and understanding made a big difference. Overall, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their prompt response, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Almost everything was great! The room is big enough and has a comfortable and huge bed and soft floor. The cleaning was good, the staff was nice and friendly, they knew English and always tried to help tourists. All in all we really like the hotel!
