i paid money from visa card they said not get .money from booking.com after coming home i checked my 2 cards all from card charged the balance from booking also charged and they get money from my fisical card also

Dear Team at InterContinental Guangzhou Exhibition Center, I am writing again regarding the refund of my security deposit for my recent stay. I stayed at your hotel from 04 April 2026 (check-in around 07:00 AM) to 09 April 2026 under Booking.com reservation. A deposit of 1000 CNY was taken upon check-in for room 2806. At check-out, I was informed that the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours. However, I have still not received the refund, and no update has been provided. As this delay is now significantly longer than expected, I kindly ask you to process the refund immediately or provide clear confirmation of the refund transaction (including receipt or reference number). “Mr.Lee made our stay at Intercontinental exeptional.”
The hotel itself was great; very clean and spacious. The staff were the ones who made the stay so pleasant for my family and I. Mr.Lee specifically stood out to us. His service was a 10 out of 10! His attention to detail was greatly appreciated and something you don’t see at every hotel.

Lee. L on guest relations at reception was AMAZING!!! Helped me solve everything and was 24/7 attentive. A hotel is about the staff to a certain degree and Lee was brilliant.

“Best premium hotel in GZ”
I have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, but InterContinental Guangzhou Expo is truly something special. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. There is a unique atmosphere here that makes you want to come back again and again. Everything is spotless. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The gym is excellent, the spa area is fantastic, and the breakfasts are outstanding with a great selection and high quality products. A very special thank you to Mr. Lee. He is simply the best. His individual approach to guests is exceptional. He is always helpful, remembers me every time I stay, and makes me feel genuinely valued. No one deserves a pay rise more than him, He creates real extra revenue for the hotel because guests return thanks to the level of care and attention he provides. This is exactly what demanding guests expect. I will definitely be coming back many more times.
