“5-star hotel-level room size and staff service”
This hotel is very close to Guangzhou East Station, just a 5-minute walk away, and is convenient for daily life with many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very spacious and clean for the price, and the breakfast restaurant has a variety of menu options. In particular, the staff are very friendly and provide service worthy of a 5-star hotel. It is a hotel I would like to visit again.

“Hotel charges your card twice, payment by card beware!!”
I stayed here twice (3rd-4th Jan and 9th-10th Jan 2026). AND TWICE, the property double charged my card, transaction went through my card twice (not pending/not holding), funds were double-deducted from my bank balance (the double transaction had the same description, same CNY amount, same date and same merchant). Contacted property to rectify the issue but they kept insisting that they only charged once. I will be doing a merchant dispute with my bank. I have stayed with the hotel in 2024 and did not encounter this issue because my wife paid for the stay via WeChat pay.

The breakfast was excellent, the omelette station was appreciated. Staff were extremely accommodating and helped me book taxi and recommended restaurants.
