“We loved staying at the Crown Plaza for our short stop-over in Guangzhou.”
The staff were exceptional - from the great welcome and check-in assistance from Kevin to the swimming lifeguards and the friendly staff at breakfast we loved the hotel and the staff made our visit truely special.

“Tidy, friendly layover option.”
Great option for layovers, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and good facilities. My 3 year old enjoyed the indoor playroom, and there are some food places within walking distance. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Had some lovely conversations with the staff, (Jane Zhao, who helped us with breakfast) and the other restaurant staff were very warm.

The housekeeping is articulate (especially to mention Ms Miho) who all put to help in my leather jacket laundry I am impressed with the cleanliness n dry toilet. As for F&B (Camellia) was full of courtesy n helpful.

“Amazing staff”
My favorite part is breakfast at restaurant with amazing selection of breakfast choices and the staff was amazing recommend go seeing Tina li if your ever visiting crown plaza. Hotel is overall living its name one of best international hotels.
