Staff was super friendly, especially Moa at the desk who arranged a taxi and found out adres of Cloud Nine, a Chinese Spa.

Staff were very nice! The location is good for where it was but it depends on what you to do ! Not very far from the Guangzhoo Fair complex ! Need to take a taxi for 10 min to go out or walk for 45 min

The staff is absolutely great and very helpful. They helped us with our parcels, taxi, other questions. They allowed us to take a shower in the evening after checking out and before a very long night flight. Thank you for everything, will be back soon🙂

Stayed here for four nights in a family room, and it was a great experience. The hotel is located in a local neighbourhood, which means you get tons of nearby restaurants to choose from, and the area feels very authentic. You can also order food delivery, and the hotel’s delivery robot brings it straight to your room. The hotel itself is quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the room was clean throughout my stay. Right downstairs, there’s a lemon drink shop that’s cheap and really good. The queue can be long, but I loved that after ordering and heading back to my room, I could see my order status through the app, very convenient. Free breakfast is included as well, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with plenty of food options and a delivery robot service.

When you arrive you may worry about the building facade as well as the delivery guys smoking at the lobby building but the hotel lobby is at the 5th floor and from there is all clean,,, the breakfast is great, the coffee machine as well and lobby crew are adorable

I booked a room on the seventh floor with a view of the open area on the fifth floor, but I encountered a significant issue with noise levels. There was constant disturbance from people downstairs, especially bar patrons, with the sound of intoxicated individuals being particularly annoying until 6 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. I informed the staff about the issue, and the bar employee only apologized, but the situation was not resolved, and I couldn’t sleep at all. Additionally, the room had a strong smell of smoke. Furthermore, there is no gym in the building, and you have to go to a gym located 1.8 km away, with additional fees for its use. The bar operates until 6 a.m., which significantly adds to the noise, with drinks being served throughout the night. The windows are not soundproof at all, making the environment even more disturbing. Lastly, the breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations. If you are sensitive to noise, I do not recommend booking this hotel at all. Also, the pictures shown on the website are completely different from the reality, which adds to the disappointment.
