The breakfast was nice, and it one of the day it had a live station cooking soup noodles ... nice The front desk staff are so nice even we had multiple online delivery coming in, they always have a smile in helping us with the endless packages.

The location was convenient and the facilities were great. The breakfast was good too. The best part is that it comes with a washing machine and washing powder that is provided everyday.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was great! Rooms were very clean, spacious and we were very comfortable. Ascott was doing some renovations during our stay but they gave us ample warning before we committed. We were ok to continue to stay and didn't affect as much as we were out anyway. Good buffet breakfast. Chinese and western options. Location is fantastic as it is right across the road from Taikoo Hui and easy access to all the other shopping malls in the Tianhe district. Also easy access to metro lines form there. They had a pretty good gym for anyone needing gym options. They pretty much had everything we needed. Service was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one.

Stayed for 5 nights early December in newly renovated 2 bdrm suite - Room 2307. We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment itself was very roomy for the 3 of us with a big living area, had a fully stocked kitchen even though we didn't need to cook with the great daily breakfast selection (the daily changing soup & congee made me so happy!) and lots of great food restaurants nearby. Location is great, close walking distance to 2 metro station lines we needed during our stay. Next to a huge modern mall with good Vietnamese restaurant in the basement and also a few blocks from other malls with lots of food selections & shopping. Felt very safe walking around, even at 10pm, very lit & bustling area. Have to note the amazing Mr Zhao at the front door, translating addresses for our car orders, he always had a welcoming smile and had helpful advice on tourist attractions we had questions about. Christina Cai at front desk was also very helpful.

everything. the breakfast seems simple. but i think its really nice. today we even have a cook in chef to do a beef noodles and we actually get to try some local food

Location is in the luxury shopping area,near a MRT station. Room was big and comfortable and complete with washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities and dishwasher.

I like the overall environment. It is slick, clean and comfortable all round. The reception staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Location ( short 5 min walk to Shipaiqiao MRT exit B via Taikoo Hui) and newly renovated rooms. Very good service in helping us to arrange for transport, receive parcels etc. Coral and Minty was helpful! Washer/ dryer and microwave and full kitchen with utensils and cutlery provided.
