“Very disappointing experience”
I would avoid staying here. Price was attractive but there are other places in Guanajuato in the same price range. Bad location (not only the fact you have to climb loads of stairs) but also it's not a nice part of town. Very steep stairs in the house, stained sofa facing a broken wardrobe and the room smelled like urine. Very bad experience.

“Good value for what you pay”
It’s really reasonable price. The view from the room is absolutely amazing even though you have to go up for 140 stairs. The staff is kind and quick responding through the WhatsApp. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor.

Views are stunning!! Friendly staff. Although the guys in charge are not on the place, they respond messages almost immediately ; ) Check in and instructions were easy.

Excellent view but a long walk up a steep hill so only for physically fit. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely shower and clean apartment.

“Great, we loved it.”
The view was fantastic over the city. Amazing to watch the sunset. Very comfortable bed, great shower and room cleaned everyday which was a bonus. Able to cook our own meals in the kitchen. Staff were super helpful sending us recommendations of restaurants, things to do and places to go.
