“Even though the accommodation is rated only three stars, the staff’s approach, the overall look, and the quality of the”
The service was pleasant from start to finish. We were genuinely impressed that the staff spoke English, which can often be a challenge in Mexico. A big advantage was the option to check in late and check out as late as noon. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was excellent — fresh juice or a fruit plate, coffee, and chilaquiles.

Very good place to stay if you would like to park your car and not worry about navigating guanajuato in a car. The staff called a taxi for us, it was 10 mins by taxi.

“Helpful and accomodating”
Very friendly, helpful staff. Part of our party arrived early and part arrived well after dark, at every moment there was constant communication and concern for all members of our party.
