Breakfast: absolutely excellent Staff attention very very good Missing very important; room service and option to sign your bill to the room at restaurant. Best view in the historic center: 7th floor restaurant.

“Great city centre hotel.”
Great location in the Centro Historic. Rooms are small but well equipped and we had a lovely terrace. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff were very helpful with our travel requirements.

“Stay inside was great bellhop was great check in and check out was great ! Stay was prefect”
Location was not very clear nor was the sign lit up you really couldn’t tell with all the homelessness that there was a hotel there. Very sad and disturbing and honestly not a very great location I didn’t feel safe.

Location couldn't be better. Literally in the center of town. Walking distance to a lot of sights and attractions. Good hot shower and AC cooled perfectly.

arriving late at night in an unsafe zone (at night) - during the day it is ok but to arrive arround midnight is dangerous/feels unsafe

Great location.. Room is comfortable and clean. I didn't get a room with a view so can't comment on that. Staff responded promptly to any issues. 2 free coffees a day for coffee lovers.
