It was great having on-site parking. The pool was spacious and very comfortable, and I loved that there was plenty of shade.The room was also very large and relaxing—having a bathtub was definitely my favorite part!

“Okay hotel if all you'll be using it for is spending the night”
The staff was great very helpful and attentive in solving a few issues we had with getting towels and hangers for our clothes.

“Very good stay”
Staff excellent restaurant foid excellent. A few restaurants in the area. Close to train. 9.50 pesos for train. Great value..MUST have correct change. No machines to change bills, no change when you pay for ticket. Room very comfortable. Tour came and picked us up at hotel. Very nice

Facilities and bathrooms were old. The bathroom smelled when the water was running. But it was very clean and the staff was exceptional so management just needs to invest ans upgrade the property.

The hotel's website lists that the pool is heated, the water in the pool was freezing cold. We had booked our stay exclusively to use the pool but our daughter couldn't use it because of the cold water. We asked the front desk and were told the their pool is not heated. The shower drain was clogged, we reported it at the front desk, but no one showed up to fix the issue.

“Exceptional staff in a modest hotel.”
The staff were incredibly cordial. Polite. Concerned with their guests. An employee knocked on my door one morning to check on me. I was in the shower and missed two calls from the main desk. The guy seemed genuinely concerned when I didn't answer the calls, so he made the effort to ensure I was ok. Class act these people. The beds were super comfortable. The maids were effective and efficient.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to metro station. The apartment was clean, quite spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful.
