The big parking space was definitely a plus! Great for people travelling by car, as it is very close to the main road and prevents from crossing the center of Madrid which is usually caotic.

The hotel is modernly renovated. Very nice entrance and dining areas. The staff was nice at the front desk and in the restaurant. One struggled with English but we managed. The room was also nice and relatively modern. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night for sleeping.

“Good hotel for an overnight stay in Guadalajara”

Good chain hotel with decent facilities. Reasonably priced. Great location as it’s on the ring road on the edge of Guadalajara so it’s easy to get to and to park, but also easy to walk into town (15 minutes or so to get into the heart of the old town).

Breakfast was good, enough options to choose from. Room was clean, a little cramped for 3 beds but overall very good and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

“Lifesaving joy”

It saved our bacon when we were stranded in our hire car short of fuel with no chance to make Soria. They were kindness personified under immense pressure. Our room was fabulous even though we mostly saw it in the dark. Breakfast was great too.

In general, everything was very good - the room and the hotel itself clean and modern. Good price for the quality we received. The heating in the rooms was very good, even better than I expected, as I was afraid to find myself in such a period of time with a poor heating system in a hotel. It was a comfortable stay, and a place you would want to return again.

“Comfortable Stay”

We stayed for 2 nights during June. The Staff were lovely, very helpful, able to speak English and happy to book taxis for us (no Ubers are available in Guadalajara). The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the athletics track, which was a flat 1.5 km walk away. A four-level, indoor shopping centre is about 400 m from the hotel and includes restaurants, cinemas, stores and groceries. The centre of town, with cafes and gardens, is within a couple of kilometres and is an easy walk. The rooms were well presented and comfortable, albeit showing a little wear and tear. We liked the foyer area that was set up with chairs and tables and provided a space to gather.

Hotel bright and modern. Breakfast had hot and cold choices. Easy to get to by car with ample free parking. Room very quiet and air con worked well.Fridge in room very handy. Thanks for complimentary bottled water. Half board dinner very good- enjoyed Black Rice even though I am not a great fish eater! Walked through the many parks to visit the Pantheon (3 euros entry).
