Beautiful building with great location and easy access to Madrid city. The staff were very friendly and cooperative they made the stay very enjoyable. The room was cozy and comfortable bed. Will definitely return back.

“Basic hotel, OK for an overnight stay but no longer.”
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Underground car parking was useful and cheap but very tight to get our car into. Room was clean.

Nice friendly welcome. Very well mannered staff. Price was great. Nice terrace to have a drink on after a very long drive. Room & bathroom was spotless. No complaints from us whatsoever.

“Personnel very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable.”
Food was not so good and breakfast (buffet) poor. Personnel did their best to be kind, but were obviously being trained. Plumbing was very noisy.
