Awesome staff, friendly helpful and genuinely interested in helping us get the most from our stay in Gstaad. From the warm smiles and exceptional service to the wonderful rooms the whole experience here was the highlight of our trip over from New Zealand.

“Lovely historic building in the heart of Gstaad”

The Posthotel is a beautiful wooden chalet in the heart of Gstaad - a lovely historic building but with all the modern comforts, fantastic location and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, coming here feels like home. This was my third visit and although it was for work I felt wonderfully relaxed, it's so clean and comfortable and all the staff greet you like an old friend.

“The best hotel on the Promenade in Gstaad!!”

What a delightful hotel right in the centre of Gstaad in the pedestrian only zone. Fabulous interior decor of public spaces and bedroom/ ensuite. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent extensive breakfast. Unfortunately restaurant closed on a Wednesday so we couldn't eat dinner the hotel. Parking available on reservation. Guest card issued at check-in giving good discount including the local train which we used.

“The charm of an old-fashioned village hotel with an immaculate comfort and cleanliness”

A charming and traditionally designed hotel in the heart of Gstaad's picturesque village. The family atmosphere, the hearty breakfast and delicious restaurant with local fare are simply too good to miss. While very central, the location is quiet as the hotel overlooks the pedestrian (and picturesque) main street. The bedding is as crisp as the mountain air, the rooms large and the bathrooms spotless.

“Excellent Value, A Good Choice in This Price Category”

This is a solid 3-star hotel, appropriately priced. Linen was crisp and appealing, room and bath in very good condition, bed comfortable. The hotel is at one end of “downtown” Gstaad (which more or less consists of a single pedestrian street). It is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. A very good restaurant is in the hotel. Typical of many such restaurants around Europe, an amiable staff spoke a dozen languages.

“Beautiful location in beautiful Gstaad”

Posthotel Rossli is a beautiful wooden chalet in the heart of Gstaad, couldn't be a better location for walking round the village, or along the river to Saanen or Rougemont, the Wispli gondola is walking distance as well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - moving my room twice until I got the best one available. Breakfast is the standard continental for Switzerland but they will also fry or scramble eggs on request.

I was terribly sick arriving at the property, and the lady at the reception helped me contact the hospital and arranged taxi for me. Thanks for going above and beyond. The dinner at this place was super tasty too.
