The weather was bad and we were the only visitors of the hostel. I had booking without cancelation but due to the bad weather the host was able to return half of the cost. The parking was 3minutes walking distance.

We stayed on the ground floor of one of the two buildings, where four rooms shared a kitchen, two shower/toilet rooms, communal dining (two tables) and sofas, quite spacious. There was plenty of equipment in the kitchen, and hair driers in the shower rooms. It was a quiet area.

We had the most beautiful view of Kirkjufell from our room! The room was large and the kitchen was super well set up and even had an oven which we roasted potatoes in!
