Classic block of vacation apartments. Nothing fancy but does the job. Super close to the beach, the apartment had everything you needed, staff was really nice. FYI: The check-in instructions stated a deposit of 300 Euros and no towels or bedsheets. None of that was actually true, so the instructions are likely outdated

Easy walk to the beach and pleasant surroundings. Easy to get to if you have a car. Close to a nice bakery for fresh bread in the mornings. Swimming pool is a bonus.

Pool area was nice and the shaded area with beds etc was a nice bonus especially with teenagers and during such a hot spell having somewhere to chill was ideal. The nearby bar / restaurant Le Croq was a highlight for us, particularly as we didn't have a car so were limited on options. Other options nearby were poor and we ate here for most of our evening meals. The bakery (Delice de Maxime) was also great for lunches/coffee/daily baguettes.

100 meters from the beach. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room and 2 floors. The property has a wonderful pool and lounge area. Perfect for a totally relaxed few days.

The hotel apartments were ok, they looked bigger online in the adverts than inside and the outside area felt closed in. The pool was very lovely!!! The kitchen and living space was what you needed. We didn’t think that there wouldn’t be towels or bedding, but after double checking you have to pay for it. Cleaning supplies were in the property. The air conditioning was good but noisy, for those sleeping in the sofa bed. Close to beach!

Nice clean pool, beach next door. Nice that there was airconditioning in the house. Sometimes children play quite late, so sleeping can be hard. Tip put them to bed at French times:-)

We had a wonderful at Résidence l'Oustal des Mers in Gruissan. Every staff member we have encountered, were delightful and eager to help! The apartments itself were clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with plates, cutlery, dishwasher, pots and pans and so on. Having said that, you need to pay for bedlinen and towels, and you need to clean afterwards your apartment otherwise there will be a final cleaning fee of EUR 50. Well, this apartment is the perfect for a getaway in the South of France. We've stayed with two kids (7yrs & 5yrs), and the apartment was adequate. The village Gruissan is a 10 min. drive away, the beach is less than 5 minutes by foot and to Narbonne its approximately 30 minutes’ drive. I highly recommend this place for anyone. “Think little Spanish village outside & Butlins inside & you've got it!”

The pool was great, a decent size and temp was good. The little breakfast for €8 was perfectly OK, good restaurant across the road and close to the amazing beach. Fully functional kitchenette.

The pool is nice. The little gites are spacious. There is a restaurant and shops within a short distance.

The appartment was nice. Good size and close to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. There’s a great beach bar about 15 minute walk away, called buddha bar.
