“Best food I’ve eaten, wonderful staff and beautiful surroundings.”
Our stay was exceptional. The staff are amazing, the host, and all the staff greated the guests. The atmosphere relaxed and friendly, the area is beautiful, fantastic walks on the doorstep. The terrace is exceptional - and the food ! We have eaten in top London restaurants but the food here topped them all including Michelin chef restaurants. Absolutely wonderful ! We are vegetarian so not straightforward, and they accommodated our needs without making us feel ‘difficult’. Exceptional food. A wonderful touch was our young dog playing with the owners dog, it made her holiday 🥰. Beautiful memories. Thank you 😊

“Absolutely recommend staying there, especially for the good food.”
Fantastic auberge to stay at. The restaurant has a set menu which is amazing with an excellent choice of paired wines with each course. The owners live on-site and are very friendly. Staff are also welcoming, especially the lady who helps with breakfast in the morning and the chap who helps with dinner. The room was huge and we liked having the toilet separate to the shower, The water pressue in the shower is good. Bonus points were the views on the bridge (which is closed but still great to look at) and the resident pet dog Yuki.

“This hotel is a wonderful discovery.”
The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome at this lovely hotel which is set in a stunning location. The evening meal was most enjoyable - the hotel is justly proud of its cuisine. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely discovery.

“Very memorable stay”
What an incredible place to stay. It looks right onto the bridge and the gorge. Very nice restaurant too. The staff are excellent and very friendly. I'll make a point of coming back here again.

“Special place”
This is a special and romantic place due to its location and we greatly enjoyed our one night stay here. The staff was very pleasant and mindful. We also had a shared terrace with a table and a great view.
