Location was on the edge of a small village. Very tranquil. The property is old and seemed interesting but I didn't get to see much of it. Breakfast was great and much appreciated. They run a restaurant there too but it looked a bit high class for me! The host was a nice bloke and friendly

Nestled in the picturesque Italian countryside, this charming accommodation offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The location is truly exceptional. The property, once a historic mill, exudes a delightful rustic vibe, complete with a waterfall nearby that enhances the tranquil setting. Plenty of parking places. The staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was a delightful addition, featuring a variety of delicious options (mortadella, toast bread, bread rolls, cream cheese, butter, fruit spread, yogurt, croissant, cake, and more) that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was very tasty, not only sweet (jam, yogurt, and delicious cornetti) but also savory (warm bread rolls, mortadella). Plus amazing service by the owner himself, he took care of us so well. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was excellent and the cake was delicious! We stayed one night to go to a concert in Sesto al Reghena and it was a lovely walk in and back. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I would stay again!

Very nice breakfast offer with tables next to running water that was once used for a mill. Friendly and informative staff, even if their knowledge of English is limited. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant with a selection for lunch and dinner.

We only spent the night there, but the room had everything that we needed and more. It was spacious, nicely dark during the night, and you can hear the small stream that's on the property. Emanuele, the host, was very welcoming and sweet. Breakfast was excellent (cake, croissants and homemade bread and coffee!).
