Overview
This hotel is in the village of Grövelsjön, 10 minutes’ drive from the Norwegian border. Surrounded by cross-country ski trails, it provides en-suite rooms, ecologically friendly cuisine. Most of STF Grövelsjön Fjällstation’s simply decorated rooms have views of the Swedish and Norwegian mountains. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. The Fjällstation’s restaurant offers panoramic mountain views. Guests can choose between Swedish as well as international dishes. A shared kitchen is also available. Other facilities include a fireplace lounge, a playroom and a free sauna. The on-site shop sells groceries and sports equipment. Grövelsjönfjällen Ski Centre, 2 km away, has downhill ski slopes. In summer, guests can swim and fish in Lake Grövelsjön, 1.5 km from the hotel. Bikes and canoes are available for rent on site.

“Typical sweedish mountain lodge”
Great location for exploring of the surrounding mountains. Typical mountain hut with unique wooden interior details. Free cancellation possibility. Well equipped shared kitchen, cosy dinning room. The main building had a restaurant.
