Overview
This 17th century town house lies in the medieval quarter of Grottammare, 700 metres from the sea. Its unique rooms feature wooden ceilings and wrought iron beds. Wi-Fi is free. Set in a narrow cobbled street, La Torretta sul Borgo is in a pedestrian zone, a 12-minute walk from the town centre. Several restaurants and pizzerias are located in the nearby streets. All rooms have air conditioning and come equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with hairdryer. Some rooms overlook the historic town, others have sea views. Breakfast is served in the dining room with its stone vaulted ceilings. Guests can eat around the fire in the winter. Grottammare Train Station is 950 metres from B&B La Torretta sul Borgo, for connections to Ancona and Pescara. The A14 Motorway is a 7-minute drive away, and free public parking is available nearby.

“Wonderful B & B”

Lovely location in the middle of the medieval village of Grottammare. Very romantic and at two mins walk away from all bars and restaurants. Staff super friendly and accomodating. Super confy bed!

“Best choice in Grottammare!”
We couldn’t have chosen a better place! Not only are the facilities lovely (the pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even nicer in person), but the location is amazing, with stunning views. And the real highlight? The people! Such warm, friendly, and genuinely kind service. Also, a huge shout-out to the breakfast cakes. I had to hold myself back from eating way too many!

“Beautiful location”
Great location in the old town. Winding, narrow streets. Wonderful view and balcony. Friendly people, lovely breakfast served in a cosy room with a fireplace.

“Romantic and historical. Close to the beach and in the center of the village.”
I loved the little terrace on top of the house with the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. We were able to walk around in the village as well took a walk down to the beach.

“Breathtaking Bed and Breakfast❤️”
Super cute and cozy B&B in the heart of the historic part of Grottamare. The room was amazing! Very clean, attentive hosts and amazing scenery. Only a 10ish minute walk down to the waterfront. Parking nearby is easy enough. Surrounded by a selection of very nice restaurants. Breathtaking terrace.

The only remark is that there wasn’t a lot pf variety on breakfast and I would rather prefer to take items on breakfast for myself.

“Charming hotel in a beautiful hilltop village”
We loved everything about this place. It is so old-fashioned and quaint, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Grottamare is a beautiful village and it was the perfect stopover on our way down to Puglia.

Stefano and Annunciata were amazing hosts! The B&B is comfortable and has a great view. The room for 3 people was big enough and we had a good breakfast. Stefano gave us good recommendations of places we could visit.

Exceptional place! Amazing, friendly, hospitable, helpful and kind people. Very delicious, homemade breakfast, served in authentic medieval room. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Amazing view from the terrace for cup of coffee or glass of wine :). The town is very small and charming. We loved our one day stay. Thank you!

“Best accommodation in Grottamare in the center storico!”
The location is in the middle of the Borgo in the old town on top of a hill. It’s a steep climb to get there. Within 2 min walking there are 3 restaurants near you. It has a terrace with very very steep stairs which offers a beautiful view over the sea and town. The owners are lovely, great breakfast, home made by nonna in an arched breakfast room. Unique experience!
