Friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival, very helpful in advising of the resources/faciliites available. Room was a good size, ensuite bathroom and a small balcony with a view of the lake. Advised by the staff that a party was being held in the restaurant that evening, and offered an upgrade to a small house due to expected noise levels. The small house was lovely, a short walk away from the main hotel. The house contained a small kitchen and suana, with a private patio and beach area at the rear. We visited in off season for this resort, as we were passing through Germany. The resolt offers plenty of activities and a relaxing places. All staff were friendly and polite. Restuarant food, drinks, and service was exceptional.

“quite ok but had expected more”
when we arrived the receptionist was surprised to see us as there was no room booked in our name. Obviously, the booking.com booking was sent to the hotel, so there was no room booked for us. it took quite a long time before we got a room, but unfortunately, not at all what we have booked through booking.com. We had booked a Hafenhaus with view on the lake and what we got was a room in the main building with view on the parking site. This was very disappointing as we were looking forward to the room with the view on the lake. For this price the room we got was too expensive.

“Check out and breakfast”
In general was all good but I think check out could have been a bit later or at would have been good if someone told us when we checked in. The breakfast should go for longer as there are many other places to eat breakfast. I don’t remember the exact time for check out and breakfast but should have been later.
