Overview
Located in the village of Grono, 9 km from Bellinzona, the family-run Bed and Breakfast Agriturismo da Käty offers homemade products such as jams, juices, honey, and cheese. Cycling and hiking trails start at the doorstep. The rustically furnished rooms feature garden views. Most have access to the garden. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. Guests of Agriturismo da Käty can relax in front of the fireplace in the living room and choose from a selection of books and DVDs. Breakfast includes homemade products and can be enjoyed in the garden in fine weather. Homemade wines and various spirits are also available. Aperitifs, cheese platters and platters of cold meats can be provided on request. On request, guests can also visit the vineyards and the cellar at La Cantina Ai Filat, located 3 km away in San Vittore. There is a butcher shop 100 metres away, where guests can taste specialties of the region. Free parking is available on site. A restaurant and the Paese Bus Stop are just 30 metres away. The property is 38 km from Locarno and 42 km from Lugano.

Carolina was without a doubt the best hostess I've met. The hospitality was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The house is in a great location, the breakfast was excellent and Carolina had no problem giving me a late check-out as I was travelling with a bicycle and the weather was rainy. If you are in the area I'm sure this will be the best place for you.

The house was really clean breakfast was good with local cheeses, home made jam, fresh fruit . Yum. The location is great, nice and quiet and I slept well.

“Most enjoyable.”
Very clean. Superb breakfast with local products. Carolina is very attentive and acts immediately if there is something she can do to make it right, just for you. Highly recommended: The Americana grape juice.

“Wonderful place”
This is simply one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. The host is lovely and it's such a beautiful building. Spotlessly clean. It's charming. Had a lovely meal at Ristorante Vecchia Birreria which is right beside.

“Beautiful Accommodation in lovely settting and Host”
Carolina is a wonderful person happy and smiling. Everywhere is super clean and tidy. Booked a single room a the bed was like small double extremely comfortable. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and stylish. Nice big shower with excellent water pressure,great after a long drive. Located in a small village with off road parking. A few bars and places to eat even an Asian restaurant. Breakfast was prepared with care and presented beautifully with homemade jams, choice of breads and juice. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina and her beautifull accommodation. 5 stars 🌟

“An all-around excellent stay.”
We are so happy to have found this place. The B&B is a beautiful old house, completely renovated. It is very cozy, our kids loved the family room under the roof. From the friendliness of the hostess to the locally sourced delicious breakfast, from the furniture to the chinaware to the familiar atmosphere, everything about this stay is truly exceptional. We hope to be back someday.
