Excellent host we were met onsite and familiarized with our apartment. Great recommended restaurant near by. Super nice to have all the basics needed in kitchen plus a herb garden to use. Short ten minute drive to Groznjan and beautiful views.

Apartment in the countryside, close to the town, but not close enough to walk there, especially in the evening. However, thanks to this location, peace is ensured. The apartment is interestingly furnished, equipped with all the necessary things. It has a table and 2 armchairs, and a large umbrella in front of the entrance, a view of the herb beds and greenery in general. Relaxing,. Owners are great and super friendly. It’s a very complete and cozy apartment on a little village super close to Grožnjan. There is a 21 years old cat that roams around the village and is super friendly too.

The attention to detail and decor of the room. It was a pleasure to interact with our very helpful hostess. The area is just beautiful.

We really loved our stay here - the apartment is the loveliest and cosiest ever, and the host is the most lovely person. ☺️ The apartment is as described in photos, even better - living room has very high and beautiful ceilings. We really loved how the original old building is renovated with nice accents and very cool artworks that felt inspiring and gave an additional authentic feel of Grožnjan.😊 The apartment is fully equipped and also has tea/coffee and milk for coffee and lemon for tea. :) Also very important thing for us - apartment is very clean and tidy, and very well maintained. 👌🏼 Location of the apartment is great, so peaceful and beautiful, town can be easily reacbed especially by car. We travelled with our two dogs, and they were welcomed here. The host loves dogs and made our pups feel as at home. 🐶 Definitely recommend place where to stay. We will return when we have our next trip to this area for sure.

“Long winding road to quiet.”

It was lovely that Jasmina meet us, answered our questions about the area and the restoration of their home from ruins. It’s an eclectic place with lots of interesting art. Super quiet. Really nice to have window screens, first we’ve seen in Europe.

This was our best stay during this trip in Croitia - the studio is beatiful and the kitchen cupboards are full of useful things that make you feel at home. Hosts are really thoughtful and kind. It's great that the location is not within Groznjan itself as it's much easier to explore the area when you are not located up on a hill. Just a quick ride to the coast as well. There is great breakfast buffet served in a hotel that's 5 mins away by car.

Lucky Home is a cosy traditional house on a perfect location, suitable for bike trips, visits of historical Istrian towns and trips to the seacoast.

Excellent apartment located just beneath Grožnjan with a great view of the town on the top of the hill. The apartment is cozy and you can see that the owner wanted to make you feel like you're at home. The bed is super comfortable. Jasmina, the owner, is super friendly, helpful and nice. If you need any advice or you need something, she's there to help you. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else who wants to explore Istria too :)
