“So comfy that we did not want to leave.”
The apartment is super comfortable. Underfloor heating, big picture windows, comfy beds, all you could wish for. Free coffee from the machine in the lobby is not only good, but also fun as you can talk to the people living there. The art in the corridors was great too. And we could take our dog, which was very kind.

Amazing location close to the city centre. It's a revitalised industrial complex which represents Gronau's rich industrial heritage. Everything is designed to the highest standards and the common space, besides the amazing apartment rooms, is just amazingly comfortable.

It was all new. We loved the room! It was so spacious and we really liked the design. Much love to detail. Nothing to complain about. We stayed for one night.

Place is absolutely perfect!! It is within a walking distance from the station of Gronau, well furnished, spacious, and very clean. Money wise, it is 100% worth it.

“Spacious modern apartment, great value for money”
Very spacious and modern apartment. Everything was clean and smelled really nice. The lobby also has a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast was also quite nice. There is a huge parking available.

Amazing apartment!!! My 100% sure recommendation in this area. Brand new high ceiling apartment in a brand new modern building. Spacious bathroom, living room, bed room, kitchen. Private parking just right next to the entrance. I loved it!!! Even 20 EV chargers at the parking lot. (But 0.64€ per kWh)

“Relaxing visit to Lively apartments in Gronau”
The receptionist was very helpful. The apartment and building complex were amazing! Very spacious, extremely well furnished. Comfortable bed, quiet location, we slept so well. There is an on-site laundry and mini market, and 20 EV chargers on site.

very nice apartments, close to the Dutch border :D very clean aesthetically, at a very high level, guest parking is available, very nicely furnished and spacious apartments meeeega, it's worth visiting and staying longer. in the area there are many cafes, restaurants and shops. I sincerely recommend :)

“New very modern place, highly recommend”
It's an amazing very modern place! The apartment was very spacious and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, the bedroom with a cosy mattress, pillows etc, and with the ability to do total blackout. The dishwasher, fridge, and hot water - all good. Just in case - at least during my stay - there is no washer - but there is a washer in the building for an extra charge, and it's super convenient with the app. If you travel by car - there are a lot of parking spots there, but if you travel by train - the train station in 5 mins by walk
