This family-run guesthouse is located in a former school in the village of Groede, only 2 km from the beach. Pension 't Overleg has a restaurant which serves simple Dutch-French meals and a bar with billiards and darts. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi. All of the rooms at Eetcafe Pension 't Overleg have a flat-screen TV. They also each have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. Breskens is a 10-minute drive from the guest house. Beautiful and historically styled hotel in the centre of the village. All facilities available. The village has several good restaurants, bars, and even a laundry and museum. It is a 20 minutes bike ride to a beautiful and clean beach.

“Nice hotel in a super cute village”
The Hotel, is a charming old/traditional Dutch house with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It us basic but very comfortable and clean. I have already planned to return.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly, and the village is really lovely. Our room was at the very top and as others have mentioned, the stairs are really steep to get up there. Free parking on the street nearby. Excellent breakfast.

“Perfect hotel to match the atmosphere of the cozy village”
Very cozy, authentic little hotel, with excellent service. I really appreciated catching the last of the kitchen opening hours upon my late arrival, and the packed breakfast waiting for me, when I left before the breakfast service. The service was very friendly and made a real effort to meet my needs, and the room was a perfect cozy hideout in the middle of the adorable village. Recommended!

Good breakfast, good coffee. Only plastikpackets for marmelade and butter, every time all the same things - 2 cheeses and 2 saucages. I missed any variables. And i missed any fresh greens, tomatoes or anything else. For my one week stay a little bit boring. But it was okay, and the friendly stuff made me feeling well.
