“Interesting historic building in a quiet location in the center of Grocka”
Very friendly and helpful owners. The location of the house is very good, central, yet on a quiet street. We always found a parking space right in front of the house. There are small bars, an ATM, and shops in the immediate vicinity.

“Warm welcome in a historic building in the center of the town of Grocka”
I liked the traditional atmosphere of the accomodation in the midst of the town. It is a very old building that has seen some centuries of history. The comfort level was higher. The nice owner even left me some water and a beer as a gift. How nice!

Excellent apartment in a centuries-old house (from Turkish times). The owners are very friendly and gave us some useful tips about shops and restaurants. The apartment is very nicely decorated, located in a nice street, the parking lot is right in front of the house (on the street) and we had no problems finding a parking space. There were also some free drinks (beer, water), food (croissants) and a coffee machine in the apartment. Really great apartment and the owners!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The hosts are very friendly and helped us a lot with our kayak. They made sure that we have everything we need. The house is very clean, well equipped and in a good condition. It was nice to have an area to sit outside. We would definitely stay there again.
