It was spotlessly clean, our room felt new and the balcony view was everything you could dream of. That’s what you are paying for. Every member of staff we had contact with were wonderfully kind and cheerful. They helped me with a birthday surprise, let us shower in the wellness suite after checking out, and were always happy to help. Minibar was included and restocked daily and breakfast had a great selection

It is my second time staying here and I love it. Location is fantastic. The room is beautiful with a stunning view. Staff are always very friendly and the spa is lovely.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. Beautiful mountain view, delicious breakfasts (although the same every day), and very friendly staff. The pool and spa area are excellent. There is also a great lobby with a fireplace, bar, and comfortable armchairs. The location is very good as well.

Very rich breakfast, beautiful location and the area around and inside the hotel; lovely fireplace in the lobby, nice spa, but in all the saunas people were naked, it is not working for all people; mini bar with water, cola, beer were for free in the room; hot water in the lobby, some snacks in the spa area was also nice. Friendly staff, ski room, some restaurants around, only 5 minutes by bus to the train station

“Horrible bed / pillow combo”

Hotel lift was well programed - since it's small, it doesn't stop along the way, it just serves one group at a time. Location was right across First Bahn.

I like the location! The bus stop is right infront of the Hotel, makes it easy for public transportation. Shops and restaurants are within the area. And there's a cable car right infront of the Hotel too. The swimming pool is also great!

Fantastic location, right next to the First cable car in the middle of Grindelwald, with multiple ski hire shops in the direct vicinity. It's also right next to a bus stop which can take you down to the Terminal, where there are more cable cars to a different selection of skiing spots. Room was of a good size and well equipped with a coffee machine and balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Breakfast was of a good quality and wide selection. Shuttle bus can take you to and from the railway station. Downstairs, there is a ski room to store your gear.

It was conveniently located. They provide free shuttle to and from the train station. The reception staff was very warm and helpful. As our room was not ready for checkin when we arrived, they arranged for us to wait in the spa area, which was more comfortable especially for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well tha day
