Overview
The family-run Alpine-style Kirchbühl@home provides studios and apartments in a quiet location of Grindelwald, just above the town´s church and 1 km from the cable car. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and free WiFi. Guests can take advantage of the wellness area at the Kirchbühl Hotel, comprising a sauna, a steam bath and a hot tub. Free parking spaces are available on site. Dinner can be enjoyed at the hotel's La Marmite restaurant, the Hilty-Stibli and the Eiger-Stube, serving international cuisine as well as Bernese Oberland specialities. A supermarket and a restaurant are reachable within a 5-minute walk. In addition, free access to the Grindelwald Sports Centre, including an indoor swimming pool and an ice rink, is provided. During winter, a ski bus stops directly in front of the property. Kirchbühl@home also provides a shuttle services to the Grindelwald Train Station, 1.8 km away. Lauterbrunnen is 15 km away.

“Good stay, good location and great service”
Loved the chalet number 3 serviced apartment - good location and walking distance to Grindelwald center. Parking is just below the serviced apartments and the main hotel is a short walk up the hill. Kids loved the chalet style and mezzanine roof play area. Kitchen and balcony area were bonuses. Large and spacious, can sleep 5. Breakfast in the main hotel was good.

“Good location and pretty relaxed stay.”
The location the arrangements that they made(free pick up and drop to the station and as our room was far drop to the room again next day to the breakfast the way they managed deserve an appreciation), breakfast was also pretty good and had a good spread.

The location is unique little away from the center noice and give you the real feeling of the swiss beauty of winter especially while snowing. The staff is friendly and they provide free shuttle from the station plus daily to the breakfast

The apartments are separate to the main hotel and a couple of minutes walk but they are exceptionally clean and in an unparalleled location. Out balcony looked out over the town to the mountains and it was so peaceful. The food at the hotel was very good (breakfast and lunch and we also had the afternoon cake).
