“Fraud Owner - Dont book this hotel”

Nothing. Owner who manage this property will ask for 100 CHF deposit to enter the property. Which is against the booking rules. You will have no option but to pay to get the keys. If you need help or guide, will not pickup the phone. I was stuck for 3 hours with an infant in Grindelwald and called him for help. No feedback. All after that i have not received my deposit back also. He blocked my number also on whatsapp and not responding any longer. This shows exactly the intention of seeking a deposit. Housekeeping is only done if you book for 3 nights. Who does this? Stay away from this property. Owners who manage their property like that should be banned from all platforms. Worst experience. Never booking again.

We loved everything about our Chalet. Room was so cozy and cute, very clean ,modern bathroom. Room had a mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. Restaurant was closed during our stay and seems like there were no other guests either, which made our stay to be super private and quiet. We had a car so ,it was easy to move around. 10min drive to centre and 8 min drive to Coop Supermarket. We absolutely recommend to stay here

We liked everything, view, the cosy alpine style of the cabin and the little deck to sit outside and view the mountains. cleanliness of the cabin. Communication with the owners was great. Would certainly revisit and stay. Public transport was excellent.

“Beautiful location with everything we needed”

Beautiful location surrounded by mountains, it was stunning walking around the area. The chalet was lovely, great for letting my toddler wander around and play a bit. The facilities were simple but all that was needed, the bed was comfortable, we appreciated the ceiling fan on warm nights, the small kitchenette with a sink & fridge were handy (although I wish we could cook there!). Overall a lovely experience, I'd come back again happily (hopefully when the restaurant is operating again as I see it has great reviews but it was closed when we were there).

The hosts are fenomenal, very friendly and helpful, the food (dinner in restaurant and breakfast basket) is fantastic. Location is amazing, we drove and went skiing and being able to put on the skis outside of.your accommodation and start skiing was amazing.
