Overview
The suisse tradition Hotel Kreuz & Post Grindelwald enjoys a central location, 15 metres from the Grindelwald Train Station, close to many shops. It offers several restaurant, free WiFi, a wellness area with rooftop terrace and panoramic views of the Alps. All rooms offer panoramic mountain views and come with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, a radio and a telephone. Slippers and bathrobes are provided as well. In the various restaurants and in the panorama dining room you can enjoy traditional as well as modern cuisine. The Rooftop Wellness features a finish sauna, a salt sauna, low-temperature infrared cabin, a steam bath, a relaxation area with cocoon relax loungers and a foot bath experience, free of use for guests. Children can have fun in the playroom and there is also a library and a bright meeting room.

Excellent location. Close to the train station so no huge trek down/up the village. Also close to the supermarket, children’s playground and a 10min walk to the First Cable Car station. Room had a priceless view of the mountain especially at sunset. Breakfast team were so lovely.

Everything was exceptional – the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the spa was excellent. We also really appreciated that we could easily leave our luggage at the reception and store our ski equipment without any problem. The staff was always kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

“Great location - super friendly staff - great views”
Super friendly staff at the front desk and you can't beat the location if you come by train. It is right next to the trainstation meaning easy walking distance to everything - plus right next to the ski buses that take you to all various lifts. Breakfast is also fab. Our room view was amazing. It is an 'old world' hotel - so expect to have some nostalgia in the rooms vs it being super slick - but that is what makes it charming.
