Fantastic communication, I mistakenly booked the wrong night and Sarah sorted it for me immediately. I had also just badly hurt my back so the comfy bed was a relief. Nice touch to have breaky too. Would definitely stay again

This was one of the best places we have stayed in for a while. It was big, with a separate lounge and so close to town. The best word to describe the hosts is generous, from the communication, to the warm welcoming environment to the breakfast.

Perfect location in Greytown, walkable to supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops. I stocked up on yarn at Joy of Yarn. Town has fantastic atmosphere. Farley Ave Turret & Lounge is super clean, well appointed and huge, the biggest for us so far. The bed is excellent and lovely to have bedroom separate from lounge and kitchen. Breakfast in the fridge was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely clean and comfortable, spacious place with great views in every direction, everything we needed (including iron and ironing board!) and such warm and generous hosts. Huge and comfortable bed, great shower, delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. So close to the Main Street and the supermarket too. Started planning our next visit with an extra day next time!

As above great place to stay, lovely host and great facilities. Very close to supermarket which was wonderful. We had a lovely stay and the host went out of her way to make us welcome. Everything was spotless and we would definitely stay again without hesitation. So nice to get lovely facilities and be able to bring our wee dog.

We really liked the warm and helpful atmosphere of the host and the place was very clean and tidy. Very good value.

Perfect accommodation in every way. A quiet location but still an easy walk to the town. Coeliac catered for with breakfast offerings too.

Easy to find and get into. The property was warm when we arrived on a cold night. We were delayed getting to the property and it was no trouble to the hosts. Great communication of where things were. The property was tidy, bed nice to sleep in and nice clean bathroom. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning and the kitchen/lounge area was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
