Easy to find. Good communication from hosts. New and well thought out unit with kitchen and sink and microwave but no hob or oven, sofa and large bed. Clean and warm with spacious shower. Lots of drinks choices milk and chocolate. Uninterrupted view of ocean. Great for a one night stay on way down West Coast.

Beautiful spacious room with out of this world views. The hosts ensured our stay was memorable by including enough fresh milk to last a couple of days, along with cereals and a range of teas, and a coffee maker.

The amazing view as soon as you walked in the door. The accommodation had a good choice of teas and coffee, was comfortable and relaxing.

Love the view and the comfortable room. Check in process was so easy and host was very friendly. Full amenities provided - the largest selection of drinks by far, even better than some 5-star hotels! And a generous amount of cereal and milk was provided in the room. The best part was to find out that host uses shower gel that donates to charities! I would come back here to support this business!

We were blown away by the apartment. It was pure luxury, modern furniture, fabulously comfortable bed with pure linen sheets. Breakfast cereals, a variety of coffee and teas to choose from. Lovely crockery, cutlery and utensils. Bathroom immaculate with a glorious shower and super large towels. In the peace of the day or evening one could sit inside or outside and view the Tasman Ocean, the sun setting, even the odd shower of rain blowing in. With surrounding farms, it was nature at its best to be both remembered and absorbed. Even Mount Cook was visible. The owners are delightful people, friendly, very helpful and communicate well. Thank you for the welcome West Coast chocolate.😃

The property was extremely well furnished & very comfortable. Amazing view from the deck with great sunsets & so relaxing. Our hosts were fantastic & gave us some great recommendations for walks & drives. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay to explore Greymouth & the surrounding areas. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending. We could have easily stayed longer but certainly glad we had booked 2 & not just a single night!

Well presented & peaceful surroundings. The unit was lovely, it was very clean & the bed was super comfortable. The host provided plenty of extras eg: yummy chocolate on arrival, fresh milk, 3 types of cereals & a lovely selection of tea, coffee & hot chocolate. The views were gorgeous. The property was located just out of the town centre which was fine with us as we had a car.

We just had a 2 night stay at Views Over Tasman and can’t speak highly enough about our stay The Property is brand new and feels luxurious Very very clean and spectacular Views to the sea and a Perfect Sunset Some nice touches also with top notch Toiletries and a Tea/Coffee selection the Ritz would be proud of (and a free Chocolate bar) This West Coast Area is ideal to explore and to come back after a Long Day and relax here was Perfect It felt very private and not overlooked Would Highly Recommend

The main thing is that AMAZING view ! Pictures will never do it justice but ended up watching the sunset coming down and it was fantastic, the apartment itself was so lovely , everything was where you wanted it and very well put together by the hosts
