“Hotel exceeded expectations”
Property exceeded our expectations. The photos on booking.com did not do the real life building justice. Everything was very clean and tidy, the hotel was beautiful and tucked away from the busy road nearby. Parking was good, right outside my room and easily accessible. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice, not loads of options but everything you would need and expect.

I travel alot and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have experienced in 10 yrs. You could feel the springs in the matress. Rooms look recently refurbed, but they forgot about the replacing the matresses.

A very pleasant stay. Breakfast was tasty and prepared with great care. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. It’s a great place to slow down and simply feel good. I happily recommend it.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel for breaking the journey from the UK to Italy.”
Particularly obliging with my very late arrival to check in. Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel, set back well from the street so absolutely no traffic noise audible at night.

“Perfect for one night on the way to Italy”

“Good Stay”
The room was spacious for a single occupancy, they could have fit a double in there and charged a lot more. The staff were friendly. The location was handy, a direct bus in to the centre of Basel and a good array of local shops which were much cheaper as a result of being in Germany.
