The location was great. Plenty of space in the apartment and all the facilities you need. Staff were great with checking in when we arrived.

We were in apartment 6 which was absolutely ideal for us on a short family visit to Greifswald: comfortable, quiet, central, easy walking distance from the station and town centre, even parking, although we didn’t have a car.

A separate flat for rent in the medium-sized town of Greifswald approx. 70 km from Swinoujscie. I chose the flat because of its close proximity to the university (you can see it from the room). It was clean and spacious and had everything I needed, including a hairdryer and good wifi. You enter the flat with a code sent to your email and phone. Communication with the rental company was via messages on booking.com and was quite quick - all guidelines were clear and on a regular basis. Self-catering. Well-equipped small kitchen. I am satisfied, and it suits my needs. Parking space could be rented for an additional fee. As a frequent traveller who often books via booking.com, I have one fundamental recommendation for the company: email communication and all customer information in the flat should also be in English (not only in German), the common language in tourism. I was lucky enough to have a partner travelling with me who has been working in Germany for years and reading all for me. If I am in this town again, I will definitely use it again. The price for one night in such a town also seems excessively high (although, in fact, similar prices were in the old town and even higher, but with breakfast). The city is not a tourist attraction; I was here on business for a conference at the university. It has a small, well-kept old town.

The staff are very nice and helpful, from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff, all are very helpful and friendly. The facilities (kitchen utensils, daily cleansing stuff, shower) are well equipped. The electric lock allowed you to check-in in 24hrs flexiby, it's safe and reliable. Prime location.

Everything you need for a stay in the city. Apartment is fully equipped. Central location. Bus stop and supermarket right outside.
