“The hotel was closed”
The hotel is closed after 10 o'clock but online reservations are open and prepaid. You make the payment without knowing this. When you get there, the lobby is closed and they don't refund your money.

“Worst hotel”
They sold my room I came with my kids and didn’t have another place to go, I pay Uber 100 dls round trip from the airport to the hotel and then back, I have another flight at noon , and need the hotel to sleep few hours , when I booked they confirm and told them that I was coming around 2:00 am , super bad experience I don’t recommend it

“Great staff, poor accommodations.”
The gentleman working at the front desk was working very hard, yet was still so kind to me at check-in despite arriving pretty late. He was even still there the next morning when I checked out. Kudos to him for having a great attitude and being very accommodating.
