“Great spot in Greenville, close to everything!”
The place was new and quiet! A breeze to get into and it’s in a great location for walking to several bars and restaurants, the game is right across the street! Beautiful facility and ballpark

“Great stay in a Flat in Greenville”
This is an unusual Hotel concept: it‘s a flat in a residential home, so it gives you plenty of space and a kitchen with equipment. The remote Concierge works fine, response time via e-Mail is short. We got what we needed. We enjoyed the stay that week. Short walking distance to Greenville Downtown, nice pool area and we got free firework since the baseballfield is the neighbor. So perfect for everybody who wants space and does not need every day housekeeping.

Everything was perfect. Clean, lovely apartment, plenty of space, very comfortable. Pool was perfect, gym was perfect, ball park opposite was great, everything walkable. Greenville is growing and we loved it!

“Amazing”
I like that everyone was friendly , helpful., they rooms had everything you could think you needed. Rooms were very clean. I believe the name was Girdy the person who answer the phones was very knowledgeable. And was eager to all me with all my questions or concerns. I was so nervous because the prices was so affordable., I do like the fact the have a strict non smoking policy. The apartment was worth so much more than what we paid. I appreciate the Mint House Team. I can’t wait to book my next visit. There was so much to do right on the property and near by areas.
