The staff were very helpful and the bed in the room was very comfortable. The hotel is close to downtown, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Very young staff (especially Jaye) were friendly, polite but unable to get our TV to work properly. Serving staff at breakfast friendly & hard-working. Good location.

“Distasteful”

Very expensive for what you get. The shower had zero pressure. Pool was closed. There was a huge water leak above the entrance door. The floor was water logged and you had to run through the doors or get an umbrella. Either way, health hazard! The staff did not have a care in the world, saying it has been a problem for a while now and it was an act of God! In other words, deal with it. The staff had awful attitude. A very uncomfortable experience.
