The television/cable did not work, the bathroom lighting was out, the curtains in the room did not close, and light from outside came in all around (think of a picture frame) all night long. The room had a strange odor - almost musty. Front office staff came up twice and then offered for maintenance to come to the room (only for the light) after 9 PM!
