Immaculate apartment in new building with a lovely pool and right on the sea in a great location at the quiet end of Grebastica seafront. Owners live in downstairs apartment and are always on hand if you need anything. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped and apartment sound proofed so very quiet for sleeping.

The hosts were very approachable and accommodating. The unit was new and very clean with a lovely terrace and view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea with the beach area right there. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.

“Excellent place!”
Grebastica is a small Croatian village in a quiet, tiny bay. In the bay you can go swimming, water biking and there is a small aqua park. The beach is a minute's walk from the house, but there are private sunbeds on the beach in front of the house. The whole environment is very quiet, no nightclubs or nightlife. Absolutely ideal if you go with a family. The accommodation is beautiful and clean. Our apartment was spacious, equipped with everything. The balcony has a sumptuous view of the sea and sunset. There are two small grocery stores in the village and several small restaurants: 2-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is very convenient to forget about the car altogether. If you need something extra: there is a huge shopping centre about 8 minutes drive away. And Sibenik is 12 minutes away by car. There is nothing extra to see in the village, but... we walked up to the 15th century defensive wall (beautiful at sunset!), went up to the old church, walked around Sibenik, had a good meal and a drink. If you want to snorkel, there's some really cool aquatic life a few minutes west: sponges, starfish, anemones, etc. All in all, there is something for everyone here, with a good heart

Beautiful apartment just in front of the sea with high quality interior and kitchen equipment. The family who is renting the apartments is very kind and welcoming. The pool area is cleaned every day so that you can enjoy the stay to the fullest. Grebaštica is a small village with everything you need in a view walking minutes. There are several good restaurants, ATM and some small markets. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

“Incredible penthouse with amazing sea view”
We stayed for four nights in the penthouse apartment. It was great in every aspect. New, clean, great utensils. But most amazing is the terrace with an incredible sea view. Just a few steps down to the ocean for a morning swim and the pool is also very nice. Owners are very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Also provided us some drinks in the fridge on arrival. The area is quiet and mostly local tourists and some nice restaurants within walking distance. We rented a boat one day and just cruised around to uninhibited islands and nearby sights. Can really recommend it. If you want to explore nearby sights a rental car is recommended. To conclude we had a wonderful stay and the penthouse and owners are excellent and can truly be recommended.

Excellent location in a peaceful part of a deep bay. Very recently completed apartments, with chic design and modern facilities. Owners very friendly and approachable, and very flexible in terms of early check in times. Perfect for family holidays.

Apartments were amazing, just in front of the sea, with stunning views! The hotel owner and his family are very helpful, friendly, hospitable and reliable. They helped us with transfer from airport, to supermarket, gave a lot of advices where to go and what to see, helped with any question we asked! Appreciate that!! We spent there 10 days and started already to miss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

“Might be one of the best places in Croatia”
Everything was excellent. Very nice appartment, brand new, excellent hosts, amazing seaview terrace, everything you need within few minutes walk. Still place is quiet. Photos corresponds with reality, seafront, great heated pool. Hosts are really helpfull, our son had some health issues, they immediately helped.

The whole apartment was very clean and well equipped. It had a terrace and an amazing view of the sea. There is also a comfy lounge area on the terrace and at the pool area in the garden. The pool itself was clean and well maintained. Car parking was available for free. The location of the apartment was fantastic. The beach is just in front of the property and everything else is near by: supermarket, cafes, restaurants, ATM, kids playground. Exploring the tourist sites in the near was very enjoyable. Overall, the whole stay was lovely and Iva's hospitality and attention to detail made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. Penthouse apartment was very spacious and clean. The Kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need- The property has a beach right outside and supermarket, cafes and other facilities are just 2 walking minutes away. We also had a free parking spot right next to the entrance to the building. The host is great, always ready to help and give advice! Thank you!!
