Rooms now are very worn out and outdated and in desparate need of refurbishment. Furnitures are broken and damaged at many places.

Phone wasn’t working. Which wasted a lot time. Had to go to reception twice. 20% off was there, but they dont even check the booking properly and billed me full amount which again wasted a lot of time

I liked how they manage breakfast buffet, even the go to boxes for guests who would leave before the meal times. The team was generous enough to get my preference when preparing my go to box, rather than jistnpack some pastries.

The breakfast offered a wide choices of food from around the world, it was spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and very helpful.

We liked the well maintained hotel and well trained staff. The staff looked well groomed, courteous and professional too, which was big plus point. We didnt expect such an upscale hotel in this area.

My stay was very good overall. I want to say a special thank you to Aashi, the Guest Experience Executive, who went out of her way to upgrade my room and even arranged a complimentary cake. The room was very nice and made me feel special — every request I made was taken care of promptly. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely come back. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While there were many options available, unfortunately, the taste didn’t meet expectations. A little more focus on flavor and quality would really enhance the overall experience.
