The 100 percent non-smoking Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is located in the heart of the Berkshires. This hotel is 40 miles from the, commonly known as the MASS MoCA, one of the largest contemporary art museums in North America. Ski Butternut and the Catamount Ski Area and Adventure Park offer exciting outdoor recreation along with local hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail. Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT offers Grand-Am and NASCAR racing as well as Skip Barber Racing School. “OK, hotel fine, but Wi-Fi a nightmare, and breakfast should have been available until 10 AT LEAST”
Breakfast was over by 9am, outrageous given that it was "included" in the $200+ room rate, about twice as much as other good hotels in Great Barrington

Very friendly reception staff. Helpful with suggestions for dinner. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly dining room staff. The room was comfortable and of a good size. The pool was a good size with a nice jacuzzi.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. After a long drive from Boston with two small children they treated us with kindness and generosity, and it was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was ample and delicious; the games room and small playground an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel in a lovely town. Very large room, with comfortable bed and clean and smelling good bedding. Large shower and plenty of cosy towels. Provide soap, shampoo and everything you need. We stayed for one night on the way north. The receptionist was very nice, and recommended us a Crowe café when we were looking for. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi that made our evening unforgettable. There is also a gym not big but perfectly adequate. The check-in and check-out process were quick and accommodating. Great value for the price.

Breakfast was very good. Checkout was super. The person at the desk when I checked in, I believe her name is Robin, went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. She was terrific!
