Excellent location, close to the Old Town. There is parking available for a car. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Staying here feels like living in a castle. The bathroom is large, beautifully designed, and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is more than excellent, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is kind, welcoming, and hospitable. There are restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and the main attractions can be reached quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a characteristic property. Five minute walk to Ponte Acquedotto (Bond film No Time To Die) and historic centre which is well worth a visit. The locals are very friendly! Parking space is a bonus.

We could store our bicycles inside and safe We were allowed to deposite bikes and luggage on the day of departure far beyond check-out-time Breakfast was Italien and very nice There was no noise by the construction site nearby

As you drive in through the gates, you find yourself in a surprisingly secluded and lavish location where you have your own private parking spot. We stayed 1 night in the more quiet off-season (November) in a sprawling apartment on the lower level of this beautiful, stylish mansion. 4 rooms all-in-all: kitchen with a dining table, a spacious bedroom with two separate beds, a master bedroom and a huge bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean and comfy. Breakfast was included (served as self-service). Free coffee. It takes some 12 minutes to walk to the Ponte Acquedotto bridge, where parts of the opening action sequence in "No Time to Die" were filmed.

Perfect for our short visit. Accomodation was nicer than shown in the photos. Private parking was a real bonus. Interior .. stylish with everything one needed. Would happily return here. Thank you.
