Really liked the sticky notes on the wall next to the door on exiting the apartment, notes from people that have stayed from all around the world. The apartment was not too far from bergamo airport and the shopping centres. Parking outside the front of the apartment was always available. There was 3 or 4 balcony’s around the apartment as this was the top floor apartment.

Avoid this place at all costs! Review: This was by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever experienced. The kitchen was filthy and infested with insects, the bathroom unhygienic with hair in the shower, and the flooring so damaged that dust and bugs came out every time we stepped on it. At night we even found the bed sheets stained with yellow marks. With a small child, it was impossible to stay – we had to leave immediately and book another place. To be clear, this review has nothing to do with air conditioning. Yes, I asked about its existence, but the problem was never AC – the problem was the unacceptable level of hygiene. How can you claim cleanliness when the photos speak for themselves? Nobody expects a 5-star hotel, just basic decency and cleanliness. Even worse, because I refused to delete my review, the host contacted me on my personal phone number where they insulted me, threatened me, and even attacked my family. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for anyone working in tourism. This property is unsafe, unhygienic, and hosted by someone who does not respect guests. It should not be on Booking.com.

The apartment is on the top floor, the elevator didn't work, heavy suitcases had to be dragged by hand and very quietly to not disturb the neighbors (according to the owner's instructions). There is no air conditioning in the apartment, so the only ventilation is by opening the windows. When you open the windows, you feel like you're sleeping next to an airplane runway, and there's also a stench coming from the garbage containers on the balcony that haven't been emptied for weeks. The apartment is not new, as are the things in it, the coffee machine didn't work, the oven couldn't be used, the kitchen cabinets couldn't be opened because they were broken. Someone else's unwashed towels were left in the washing machine. The shower is small, it's impossible for a larger person to turn around. The price is inadequate for the level of comfort.

The apartman is nice, clean and comfort. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Nice location and easy to reach airport.

Perfect location next to Orio Airport! The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable, with two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a chic balcony and walking distance from/to the airport. We walked 25 minutes to the airport. It's easy enough to get the keys and return them back to the place. There is absolutely everything necessary for the guests. Very easy communication with the host on What'sApp, everything was understandable. Remote check-in and check-out. Thank you for such a comfortable night (we only slept for 4 hours) before our trip home. We rested and refreshed in a cozy apartment. I highly recommend it 👍

The location is great, flat is modern and well equipped, Interior is modern enough. Beds are very comfortable- in one room mattress is soft, in the other it's firm so you can take your pick. Hosts give good instructions on how to get in and Greta was generally responsive.

The apartments are great for an early flight and the airport is within walking distance. 30 minutes of easy walking to the terminal. Situated in a quiet area. No plane noise at night. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. Polite and prompt support.
