“Lerato was the bright spot – rooms without heating – additional charges upon arrival”
We were in Graskop at the end of July. Unfortunately, we had a few cold days. Very well located on the Panorama Route The rooms are well equipped (fridge and kettle available), but small, and the accommodation is getting on in years and needs to be renovated. The maid (Lerato) was very nice and tried very hard. The rooms were cleaned every day. We were allowed to use the kitchen and dining room in the main house. However, the rooms were also not heated and it was also very cold in the main house. The garden is very large and nicely decorated. It must be great to sit there in summer. The price/performance ratio is still okay.
