Lovely host, very friendly, spoke very good English. Great location, quiet but central and easy to get about. Nearby free car park where we always found a space. Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.

“A modern, comfortable apartment.”
What an excellent apartment this is. Bruno was waiting for us to arrive and showed us around, pointing out all the necessary information in this modern flat. The place is very clean, the amenities exactly what we expected and above all the bed was really comfortable. A great shower completed the picture. Although it is near the centre of town the area was very quiet with little traffic. A 3 minute walk took us to a supermarket and, in the other direction, a boulangerie. There are numerous restaurants and cafés very close to the apartment. If you want to pay, parking is outside the block or 200mts away it's free to stay as long as you want. We had no difficulty in finding a parking space at any time. We felt very safe and secure in the building and area. If we visited Granville again, we would definitely try to book here.

“A brilliant flat for 2 people, right near everything”
I phoned the owner to say I'd arrived and he was there within 5 mins. Bruno was charming, quick explanation of things and to phone if there were any problems.... there weren't. A spacious apartment on the 2nd floor with a lift. We loved it.
