The view is unbeatable. The apartment is of a decent size (2 bedrooms) and close to D-Day beaches. Rather basic furniture and equipment, but everything was clean.

“Super! Sunset light literally embraced us!”
We arrived late in the afternoon after a day spent walking in Arromanches and Omah beach. We followed host instructions for supermarket, very close, and then easily enterered the apartment: what a relief! We immediately felt at home. Simple and very clean, well organized and with such an incredible view. Sunlight reflections turned everything gold and warmer, weave sound as soundtrack for dinner... definitely reccomend it.

“A gem by the sea”
What a nice experience staying righ in front of the water and in such a nice place. We've seen a gorgeous sunset, sunrises but also a big storm that made the tide very high. From the bed I could hear the aound of the waives, it was super especial. The flat is beautiful, very clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Its perfect for a family of four, especially ifbyou are travelling with kids. Our hoat was great, very welcoming and responsive. It was easy to park right in the street behind (we arrived on a Monday, end of april beginning of May, it may be different on other days and time of the year), and for those with an EV, few blocks away there are 2 chargers. Grandcamp-Maisy it's a beautiful little village with a lot of history as well,during our stay it was very, very empty, and all the restaurants around were close, the only one open was fully booked. There is a Carrefour few minutes drive, and right in the street behind there is a butcher, I highly recommend their roast. We went to Omaha, Utah and Pointe du Hoc, everything was easily reach by car. . We loved our stay and we are already dream about going back, but then for the warm season so we can fully enjoy the beach as well.
