Really nice owner, Location direct at the beach

“Overall good value for money if you don't mind older places”

Very kind, helpful and polite owner. We felt really welcome because she made sure that we have everything we needed. The house has very good location, just couple of meters from the beach surrounded by large garden. Take-away food stand is also close by. There are 2 bedrooms, both with A/C. Plenty of parking space. Terrace with sea view. Appartment is well equipped.

“Beautiful location but serious cleanliness issues”

The location was beautiful. It was right at the beach and there was a big terrace from where you could see the ocean and a garden with palm trees as well where we hung our hammock, which made it really cozy (just watch out for the coconuts as they keep falling down). You can open the double doors between terrace and living room which made it very spacious. Also the staff from angel tours (they had their meeting point right next to the house) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also even tho their meeting point for tours was on the same premise I never felt like uncomfortable or lacking privacy since everyone kept a respectful distance.

The location was marvelous. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The host was very kind. All in all, the stay way fabulous.

Location - beach with stunning sunsets just few steps away, 2 double bedrooms with large wardrobes, A/C unit in each bedroom, washing machine, large terrace with nice view. Our host Marlen was really nice and helpful, we had some cold drinking water ready in the fridge on our arrival. Restaurants and shop at walking distance.

“Cozy apartment with a nice view”

Apartment is cozy and big, especially for two people. The furniture is older, but we knew that when we booked from seeing the pictures, so we knew what to expect. The owner is a really nice and friendly lady. The neighbours offer a daytrip to Curieuse island with a discount and you start your trip right in front of the house, which is perfect and the trip was really great. The bus station is also 50meters away, which is great for exploring the island. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants) is in a walking distance.

Good location directly at the beach. However, the beach wasn't really suited for swimming due lots of sea weed. You can reach the town in 10min by feet

Quite an old house with spacious apartments located in a great place. Special thanks to the hostess, Madame Daudon, who was always there and ready to help.

This is a wonderful place and Marlene, the host, is a very nice and helpful person. When you are in the kitchen doing the dshes, you are looking at palm trees and the ocean. How wonderful. This place is great for kids because the garden is a great safe playground. You will find a supermarket within walking distance, a cheap and delicious take away and many restaurants. The beach is right at the house. But keep in mind that during some month there will be sea weed and sting rays. But that's no problem, the Bus Stop is right in front of the house and the very nice neighbours are Tour Operators and have great offers. The house is local self-catering place, so don't expect a Hotel. But the appartment has everything you need including WiFi and a warm shower. Thank you for the Wonderful time, Marlene

Convenient location, very spacious

“Really nice property but unfortunately not in a very safe area”

The property is located right on the beach and offers an amazing view, although the beach is not ideal for swimming because the water is full of stingrays so you have to watch out. The host is a very nice lady - she doesn't speak English very well but we still managed to communicate. The house provided everything we needed and the air conditioning inside worked perfectly. We spent all our evenings on the nice front porch enjoying the view. I would recommend renting a car to explore the better beaches on Praslin.

“A perfect place to chill out”

The place was near the shore within the palms with a perfect view of the sea. The environment is peaceful, the neighborhoods are friendly. The apartment is roomy and comfortable.

The location is the only plus of this place,but just if u catch a nice sea. We had lots of smely sea weeds,stingrays and flyes.

This is the perfect location for a dream holiday. Situated right on the beach (Grand Anse), with coconut trees all over and a big terrace where you can sit and admire the ocean. The house is big and offers everything that you need. Don't expect a top of the line decorated house, but do expect a cozy house by the ocean. one that you will wish you never have to leave. Shopa are just a couple of minutes walk from the house. Marlene, the owner, is there to help with anyting that you need, but in the same time very discreet. In the house next door lives the guys that organise boat trips and you also get a discount for beeing Marlenes guests, the trip is also great and you should really try it for a full Praslin experience.

“Disconnected gem”

Really cool older house located on a private beach. A bit worn out but still functional and clean. Great neighbours that can organize you a boat excursion or different trips, very pleasant and willing to help. Great option for those on a budget, bus stop nearby allows you to cheaply travel around the island. Huge backyard great for barbeque or a bit of sports. We had a feeling we were living like locals for a couple of days, it was a really cool experience.
